10. Repair Guarantee for Elastic Cord Items

All items crafted using elastic cord are covered by our free repair and restringing guarantee for up to five years from the date of purchase.

Elastic cord is chosen for its flexibility and comfort, making it ideal for everyday wear. Its stretchable nature allows for easy fitting and encourages frequent use. However, we understand that with regular wear, elastic cord may eventually weaken, loosen, or break — which is why we offer this extended repair guarantee.

This guarantee includes repair for cord breakage or loosening due to craftsmanship or material defects.

Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

Please note the following conditions apply to all guarantee claims:

• Customers are responsible for sending the item to us for repair and covering postage costs both ways.

• Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of claim.

• The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, exposure to chemicals or water, or general wear and tear.
